After nearly 25 years rising through the ranks in the business world, I made the bold decision to step away from my executive leadership role - with no real plan of what I might do next. I just knew I couldn't continue on the path I was on and be truly fulfilled. Once I left and reflected on the aspects that brought me the most joy and sense of accomplishment, I realized that it was leading people and developing talent.

 

My goal as a coach is to help others develop the skills and learn the tools to succeed professionally. My coaching encompasses the years of professional experience I’ve gained while climbing the corporate ladder combined with training and the knowledge I’ve learned as a certified executive coach.
